FTG type continuous powder surface modification machineworking principle:
1. Working principle: The surface treatment of powder in this unit is mainly carried out by three finished product shaped modification cylinders. Dry powder and accurately measured reagents enter the modification cylinder at the same time, and move in a fluidized snail motion with the high-speed rotation of the rotor. With the help of the heat generated by the high-speed operation of the powder collision, abrasion, shearing, and high-speed rotation of the rotor, the film is rapidly modified.
2. Operating procedures:
A、 Preparation before startup:
1) Check the standby status of all components of the entire modified unit, power on, and prepare the required modified powders and chemicals.
2) Put the medicine into the dosing bucket. If it is a solid medicine (such as stearic acid, aluminate ester, etc.), it needs to be heated and dissolved first. Set the heating temperature of the dosing bucket according to the dissolution temperature of different medicines, usually around 120 degrees. When setting the temperature of the electric heating belt, in order to prevent overheating and damage, the temperature should be set three to four times. Starting from 1-2 degrees above room temperature, the temperature should be set from 30 ℃ to 45 ℃ to 60 ℃, and the medicine should be dissolved before use.
3) According to the modified process, set the flow rate of the metering pump to the correct position.
4) Everything is ready and can be turned on.
B、 Power on:
1) Strictly follow the start-up sequence, starting from the fan, pulse dust collector → cyclone dust collector → first cylinder host → second cylinder host → third cylinder host (the host must wait for the previous host to start and run stably and normally before starting) → feeding screw conveyor → feeding → dosing agent.
C、 In normal production:
1) After the production line equipment starts up normally, there is a process of temperature rise inside the host, usually lasting for more than ten minutes. To ensure the stability of product quality, before the temperature displayed at the discharge port reaches the normal modification temperature (around 80 degrees), the material discharged from the discharge port should return to the raw material port and re-enter the host for further modification.
2) After production enters normal state, continuous supply of raw materials and modified agents should be ensured, the operation of each equipment should be observed, and production operation records should be kept.
D、 Shutdown:
1) After completing the modified production task, if there is no need to continue production, you can prepare to shut down.
2) When the material conveying in the screw conveyor is completed, first stop the dosing metering pump, then stop the feeding screw machine, open the material door, close the air door, and wait for about 5 minutes. Stop the first, second, and third hosts in sequence, let the dust collector clean the dust continuously for 10-20 minutes, close the aggregate air damper, stop the dust collector, and finally turn off the fan.
3) After shutting down, if there is still remaining medication in the dosing bucket, first remove the remaining medication and then add about 250 grams of solvent to the bucket to clean the pipeline of the metering pump, in order to avoid pipeline blockage during the next use.
3. Determination and preparation of modification process:
The powder that needs to be modified shall have its flow rate (ton/hour) measured without adding medication from the feeding port to the receiving port. The maximum feeding amount shall be subject to the following requirements:
1) The working current shall not exceed the rated current of the host.
2) Open the air and material doors, and add materials to the negative pressure air outlet at the rear without emitting dust.

3) During the work process, the flow rate of materials should ensure the temperature required for host modification (95-130 degrees).
